Booking conditions

1. Calma Nórdica is a tourist-use dwelling (VUT-CO-007152) regulated by Decree 12/2017, of January 26, of the Xunta de Galicia, and any subsequent applicable legislation.
2. No more people than those indicated in the reservation may be present or stay overnight in the house, and in any case never more than 7 people.
3. No pets are allowed.
4. No parties are allowed.
5. Check-in is from 17:00 and check-out is before 11:00, unless other times have been agreed with the owner.
6. People staying at Calma Nórdica must identify themselves when required, by means of their national identity document or equivalent, so that the owner can carry out the mandatory traveler registration on the website https://hospedajes.ses.mir.es/hospedajes-sede/#/comunicacion/inicio.
7. Guests must make good use of the facilities and make every effort to avoid damage both inside the dwelling and in the property and surrounding areas. If damage exceeding 100 euros occurs, it must be covered by the person responsible for the reservation.
8. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times to prevent accidents.
